- WTWILBUR THOMASJan 2, 20265.0Love coming here everytime I'm in town. I meet my dad here every time and we just walk around with my 2 boys. We have also been doing the photos with Santa for the pass 3 years which turns out amazing.
- ASAmber SitkoDec 3, 20251.0Walked up 4 flights of stairs to 2nd floor, couldn't find anyone to help (looks like they were all too busy selling guns). Tried for 15 minutes, walked around twice. Walked back downstairs, found an employee, we wondered around looking for another employee that might have the answer. Finally found one, he *thought* binoculars were back up the 4 flights of stairs. I had already wasted 25 minutes so I said I give up because I didn't see binoculars the first time. Employee didn't offer further assistance so I left. How are there almost no employees in this giant store? I asked one employee and she said they were busy doing online shopping for people. So much for the people that are already in the store :( Shouldn't they focus on the folks that drove 40 minutes out of their way to go in the store? Definitely won't be back to any of their stores. Frustrating and such a waste of time.

This makes checkout slow and often the 1 or 2 counter people are so overwhelmed with just a few customers that after 20 minutes I just leave and go somewhere else. Other shops are much less so on the same process. Gun Exchange uses the old paper forms and is so much more simple!!! But great selection, good prices and if you come when its slow I am sure its great! Great atmosphere too!

They had amazing deals on shirts, cups, and I even bought a 4 day, 3 night stay at a resort of my choosing! Super stoked about that! Would for sure recommend this place for avid hunter and fisherman!
