  I really want to thank Mr Neon who really provided excellent customer service and excellent experience with my purchase, I was at the store of Beville road in Daytona beach , He really went far and exceeded my expectation with my purchase and provided a great result with my Battery purchase and glad and happy that he really exceeded my expectation thank you I appreciate, people like him we need more & more and our daily stores Thank you Neon I do want give 10 start , keep it up the great work and great customer service

  Was double charged for an air filter. When I discovered it, it was two days later. Went to the store and Neil handled the problem nicely. He issued a refund for one filter. Thanks for your assistance.

  My daughter and I recently visited AutoZone store 6186. It was about 7pm and the store was closing at 8pm. We came in for a battery and had to install ourselves because her car died a few miles away. Neil was extremely helpful in getting us a new battery quickly. We had no tools or experience in installing a battery so he lent us the tools and gave us a quick tutorial on how to take out and install the new one. We had a hard time with finding the right tool size to remove battery due to the fact that the car was miles away, so we made several trips back and forth until we got the right tools. Monique was also very helpful when it came to what we needed or questions we had. Neil came to our location after he got off work and helped us with the final steps in making sure the battery was secure and ok for my daughter to drive. We appreciate both employees so much. They went above and beyond for us. Will most definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Neil & Monique for going above and beyond and for your exceptional customer service ❤️
