- MWMonique WilkinsNov 21, 20255.0My daughter and I recently visited AutoZone store 6186. It was about 7pm and the store was closing at 8pm. We came in for a battery and had to install ourselves because her car died a few miles away. Neil was extremely helpful in getting us a new battery quickly. We had no tools or experience in installing a battery so he lent us the tools and gave us a quick tutorial on how to take out and install the new one. We had a hard time with finding the right tool size to remove battery due to the fact that the car was miles away, so we made several trips back and forth until we got the right tools. Monique was also very helpful when it came to what we needed or questions we had. Neil came to our location after he got off work and helped us with the final steps in making sure the battery was secure and ok for my daughter to drive. We appreciate both employees so much. They went above and beyond for us. Will most definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Neil & Monique for going above and beyond and for your exceptional customer service ❤️

He not only helped change my battery, but he also educated me as well. Neil’s customer service, patience, and education on cars made my visit at autozone very comfortable. I pray he continues to keep being himself and everyone gets to experience how helpful and kind he is.

I usually come here and get there econocraft batteries for my cars that have bad batteries. Two managers have questioned me about buying batteries and using the warranties I have over 15 batteries in the system and use the warranty within the 3 month frame and they are complaining. Grey shirts in there are awful and I will be calling corporate and will no longer do service here. God awful I will take my money else where. Talking in the back ground about the customer.(Me to be specific). Highly recommend going else where garbage.
