I was running a little late to pick up my rental, a gentleman by the name Charlie was at the counter who not only helped me with the process, but made sure I was ok and comfortable with the vehicle I was picking up. Always very courteous and professional. I was in and out with no hassle.. Thank you again Charlie and Alamo rental cars. and .... If you are looking to rent a vehicle and be treated like royalty.... And Expediant. I had the car several days and I know he had probably seen close to 1000 other people in that time frame but he remembered my name and greeted me and my family with a smile. Exactly the type of person you want to represent your company. Next time there is a promotion available or position that he could move up to I would most definitely turn your attention to that young man!

Size and BRAND of the SVU, free navigation ( Apple CarPlay), condition of the car ( mine was prefect clean),Prebooking in online process was easy, but have to say I don’t want to deal with all the extra charge , most important is close location to pick up the car. Cons. Because I’m a international traveler I had to bring my passport instead of ID, at pick up. Something I couldn’t fiend in the small letters. Overall a happy experience, Alamo is great! It al starts when you start your engine! Lets start discover the world.
