  If I could leave a negative star rating I would. Made a reservation over the phone, confirmed the SUV was on site. I was reassured by that representative that it was. Drove from New Smyrna Beach to pick it up, only to learn that there is no SUV despite a confirmed reservation and verbally being told that the SUV was on site. The man on site said that who I spoke with on the phone is a call center and they do not know what they have regarding inventory. Then they should not be able to book and confirm a reservation if the inventory is not accurate

  Alamo Car rental in Daytona airport was a nice experience. The personnel were friendly and seemed to enjoy themselves. Such a refreshing change from some other retail spaces.

  Wow. The customer service is incredible. They didn't have the truck i required. So they saved the top of the line next size up. Returning was even better. As some of the features weren't working on it. They made good 👍. I am extremely impressed

  After standing in line for over 30 minutes with a Hertz gold rewards card.. I was way over charged for a low class vehicle at an airport, I went to Alamo. They had me in and out in minutes and with a vehicle that I didn't expect to get for half the price! Thank you Alamo I will never use another rental place again!
