I went to Advance Auto Parts at 1111 S Nova Road Holly Hill, Fl and was told there was nothing they could do for me as my receipt was from 2023. I had my original receipt which said Lifetime warranty. Female clerk went to the back to ask the manager and returned to say there was nothing they could do for me. Very poor service. I then went to Advance Auto Parts at 700 North Ridgewood Avenue, Daytona Beach and told them what was said at the other store. Everyone here was super friendly and apologetic for the other store. They clearly saw the receipt with lifetime warranty and replaced the part. They should get a ten star rating!!!!!!! The other store is 5 minutes from my house but I will never shop there again!!

I saw a two employees scatter when I walked up to the door, the one was on a roll cart and hiding behind the shelf like I didn’t see him. I still stood at the door because I desperately needed this part to go to work on Monday. Finally, the manager comes to the door and says what can I help you with? I said I needed a starter and he’s like really two minutes before close. I asked him if he hated his job that much and he said he did that speaks enough for the morale in that store. Don’t get me wrong when it’s time to go. It’s time to go, but there’s a lot of people that need parts to do their job all I was asking that he did his while they were still open. Sucks because I’ve always had good positive things to say about Advanced auto parts but this was just a bad situation.
