  I love going to bass pro shops and looking at the boats outside and guns and this one dosent disappoint

  Love coming here everytime I'm in town. I meet my dad here every time and we just walk around with my 2 boys. We have also been doing the photos with Santa for the pass 3 years which turns out amazing.

  Walked up 4 flights of stairs to 2nd floor, couldn't find anyone to help (looks like they were all too busy selling guns). Tried for 15 minutes, walked around twice. Walked back downstairs, found an employee, we wondered around looking for another employee that might have the answer. Finally found one, he *thought* binoculars were back up the 4 flights of stairs. I had already wasted 25 minutes so I said I give up because I didn't see binoculars the first time. Employee didn't offer further assistance so I left. How are there almost no employees in this giant store? I asked one employee and she said they were busy doing online shopping for people. So much for the people that are already in the store :( Shouldn't they focus on the folks that drove 40 minutes out of their way to go in the store? Definitely won't be back to any of their stores. Frustrating and such a waste of time.

  I ordered 26 carhart shirts and a carhart jacket on Monday November 21st at 12:55pm. There website states orders placed on that date before 4pm Eastern time will arrive on Wednesday November 23rd guaranteed. It's Friday November 25th at 7:56pm and no order. I called and received I'm sorry from there customer service representative. Very sad and poor business practice to guarantee a delivery date and can not call the customer to let customer know the issue for the delayed delivery. I will never purchase anything from cabelas and bass pro shops. Many other places to shop and purchase from.

  Went to this place for the first time! It was amazing!!!!! LOVED the huge fish tank inside! They had amazing deals on shirts, cups, and I even bought a 4 day, 3 night stay at a resort of my choosing! Super stoked about that! Would for sure recommend this place for avid hunter and fisherman!
