  The store manager a white male who I forgot to take his name, refused to accept a return from a another store, telling me I needed to drive 1 hour away to the store I originally bought the item from. I went to another local store in the area and there were no issues returning the item. I will never shop here any more again. The manager at this store was confused at first. He was this ain't the right part number and then claimed it was the right part number. He was confused and poor train.

  Came in for help with my windshield wipers or to see what’s going on and the manager named Terrence was very unhelpful, dismissive and RUDE. I have never walked out of a store due to terrible service. The worst part is this man is a manager? how???? I came in for help because my GV70 wipers were acting funny and I’m out of town and was trying to see if I can temporarily fix the issue. Never going back again. On the other hand, I was very impressed with Mr Lopez (regional manager) addressing the issue quickly. I sent a message right after the interaction and he reached out to me and called me personally to address the issue and get the details of the incident. Him being able to take feedback very seriously is the reason why people advance in their careers and get promoted to where they are because they know how to handle things accordingly.

  Terrence T was amazing I can't thank him enough for helping me out I just got a battery yesterday and it came loose so my car kept dying I'm s single mom and know nothing about cars. Life has been beating our family up lately.... And Terrence was a life saver he took his time to fix the problem even though it was hot out here he was sweating under the hood but he fixed it quick and was caring and patient. Thank you. Terrence T at 245 Nova Rd auto zone Daytona you helped me more than you know. We will be dealing with your location from now on and we don't live in this city. Thank you
