As I understood, they have no issue installing tires if they are purchased directly from them or if the customer brings new tires. However, they refuse to install tires that have already been used, even minimally.

The service is consistently excellent, honest and dependable, which is rare these days. Gregg is always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and funny. He takes the time to explain things clearly and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. You can genuinely tell he cares about doing right by his customers. Ben is also fantastic! Friendly, professional and just as reliable. Together, they make every visit smooth and stress free. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your car but Tire Kingdom has been that place for me for over a decade. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and even better people! Thanks guys!

In addition, they asked for a $100 deposit before starting work. When all the work was completed, I was given a receipt for $884, but they refused to give me a deposit, saying the company would not refund the deposit. I warn everyone - they will take $100 to the amount of your order, but they will not indicate it on the receipt. As a result, you pay an extra $100 that is not listed on the receipt. Be careful
