  Benjamin, the manager at Tire Kingdom, provided an exceptional customer experience and went above and beyond to help us with our tire issue. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the situation clearly and make sure we understood our options. Even though our situation was a little complicated, Benjamin stayed positive and focused on finding a solution, which made the whole experience much less stressful. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help really stood out, and it’s clear he cares about making sure customers leave taken care of.

  Came in last week with a flat and 2 employees assisted me in checking the tire. They were very helpful and i told them I'd come back to purchase a new one. Came in today to purchase a new one. Older gentleman at the front desk inside came outside to look at the car and the tire size needed. After looking at the other tires that are soon in need of replacement he stated that i would need to replace 3 of the tires including the flat one. I let him know i am looking to replace the flat only at the moment and would come back next month to replace the other two. He kept pushing for all or none claiming it would be unsafe for them to change just the one i needed at the moment I decided on none and took my business elsewhere. Tire plus by Costco changed my tire and were very helpful. I've purchased multiple tires from tire kingdom before. Never again.
