When we brought our Audi this morning and said we had a 9 o’clock appointment because that’s when YOUR DOORS OPEN… and When Kevin’s boss chooses to open up the door mind you… He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made us feel like we were completely in the way of his coffee time.. Maybe they should change their hours to 12 PM so that Kevin can have more time to crap on company time. It’s just sloth grease vibes and we called corporate because we’ve always brought our cars to tire kingdom, but this is low level.. And if that’s the representation of tire kingdom, you can keep that company.. It’s gone down in the gutter. Keep up the good work, Kevin I hope you don’t have to lift a finger today. :)

I had requested to be taken care of due to a prior commitment and to my surprise, they managed to mount 4 new tires in around 30 to 35 minutes? That was crazy fast! Needless today, highly recommended!

He told me that the tires still had 2–3 thousand miles of useful life left, and instead of trying to sell me something on the spot, he was honest. Also, the prices are much better than at other places. I will come back when it’s time to replace the tires. I appreciate the owner’s honesty.
