They claim they don't have the proper tools to remove a standard lug nut and I will have to tow my vehicle to the dealership. Told me I can go to discount auto and buy it myself said they have no way to help me and advised me to call corporate and leave a bad review. I made an appointment on the phone they said they have no record of it. Quoted me tires at one price just to jack up the price once I got to the location. This is a pure scam. 8 hrs later. And my cars exactly how I left it. I'm going to call corporate and leave the same complaint. For a mavis tire location I just can't understand this level of lack of care.
