  The services was quick and fast and the staff was very helpful and the ite and professional and most of all the area very clean from the workers to the seating areas

  First time, great experience! I felt in safe hands and I'll definitely come back! My wife and I have been struggling to find a place that we can call "My Mechanic". After today I'm hopeful that we have found, and I'm looking forward to building this relationship. I went in for a series of issues -- front struts, oil change, left rear tire... and they told me about my battery life, they not only told me but showed and explained to me that my battery was in critical conditions. They never enforced me anything, gave me space and time to decide what I want to do. And when asked, they gave me their sincere opinion. Which I really appreciated. My car has been made a sound for while due to suspension issues, and now it's not anymore! They we were also very generous to me, working a few possible discounts to help me with my issues. Charles and Luiz seem like genuine good people. Again, I felt safe! Thank you guys! And see you next time.

  I came in last minute with a screw in my tire, fully expecting to be there forever. Charlie took care of me right away and made the whole situation so much easier than I thought it would be. He was calm, helpful, and actually seemed to care that I was stressed and trying to get it handled quickly. Really appreciate the service. Ask for Charlie if you go.

  Charlie was amazing! Super helpful, patient, and straightforward. He checked my car without making me feel rushed, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and not just selling stuff. If you ever go to Tire Kingdom, ask for Charlie he’ll take good care of you.

  The personnel here are uneducated and have no care to solve issues that their workers cause. I brought my husbands tire in to be inflated because it was a bit low in which they over filled it to max PSI, due to the age of the tire (2 years old) and over inflation it caused a crack in the side wall. Denis the manager said he’s been working with tires and this wouldn’t happen but after a little research and the fact the truck has barely been driven since getting an alignment with them, that is indeed the cause. We have done business here for many years and won’t be returning. If you take care of your car and care to do buisness with people with knowledge and integrity don’t come here. A $250 tire now a loss and could have caused serious harm to my family 👍🏼
