  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom! The team was quick, efficient, and really took the time to assess all of my needs without making me feel rushed or pressured. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident in the service I was receiving. A special thank you to Charlie, Luis, and Ed—they were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s not always easy to find honest and reliable service, but this team definitely delivered. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fast, trustworthy, and friendly service!

  Service was excellent. The only thing was that when I scheduled the appointment to change the tires, according to the website, the tires were available and when arrived, they were not. But Eduardo did a great job, ordering the tires, which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service! Keep up the good job. I went to the store located at Davie Rd extension.

  I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to the outstanding service and efficiency of the team. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled quickly and professionally, and I never felt like my time was being wasted. Charles and Luis both went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly while keeping me informed throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right, while still maintaining impressive timeliness, really stood out. It’s rare to find a place that combines great customer service with such fast turnaround, and Charles and Luis truly made the visit a smooth and positive experience.

  I had an exceptional experience at Tire Kingdom, specifically thanks to the Service Manager, Luis. From start to finish, the service was incredibly professional and proper. Luis is bilingual, which was a huge asset, but what stood out most was his honesty. It is rare to find someone in auto service who makes you feel so comfortable and well-treated. I can’t say enough good things about his management and the way he handled my vehicle. If you want a service manager you can actually trust, go see Luis.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this shop. I went in for a tire repair and was told I needed two patches, which I paid for and even left a tip because I thought the service was good. A couple days later my tire was still leaking air, so I went back and they couldn’t find the problem. They kept going back and forth saying they could put a third patch and then saying they couldn’t, blaming a small nail that hadn’t even pierced through the tire instead of clearly explaining or fixing the issue. After losing confidence, I asked them to put on my spare so I could go somewhere else, but they said it would cost $20 so they just put the same tire back on and filled it with air again. I also noticed that when they mounted the tire, the alignment mark on the tire didn’t line up with the valve stem and was about five inches off, which can potentially cause imbalance. I then went to another shop where the technician easily removed the nail and confirmed it wasn’t leaking at all, then checked the patches and found that the adhesive backing hadn’t even been removed, meaning the patches were never properly installed. I paid for two patches and tipped, and they still missed a basic step, so I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. The pictures i attached are from the other shop. First one shows the patch with adhesive backing. Second one shows the alignment mark being off.
