Recommend your services to family...not only that nobody show up to work, but also there was nobody to call or help and they had a reservation. They had to look for another place which is not easy to do in South Florida. Thanks for ruined Orlando vaction.
ZERO STARS — AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
I am beyond furious that I even have to write this review, but this location’s behavior has been so unprofessional, deceptive, and damaging that people need to be warned.
Months ago, I rented a vehicle from them that was given to me with low tire pressure. I returned it in the exact same condition I received it — no damage, no incident, no issues raised at the counter, and no documentation claiming I owed anything. In fact, I continued renting from them the very next week like a normal customer.
Then, out of absolutely nowhere, months later, they sent an alleged $400+ charge to a COLLECTION AGENCY and wrecked my credit — without ever making a legitimate attempt to contact me. They claimed they had the “wrong email on file,” yet magically that same “wrong email” never stopped them from sending me every other invoice I had paid for months. Convenient excuse.
Even more outrageous — I CONTINUED renting from them after this supposed incident. If I truly “owed” them money, why was I allowed to keep renting? Why was this never mentioned at the counter? Why did they wait months to blindside me instead of addressing it in real time like a legitimate business? This was not a mistake — this was negligence or something far worse.
Now to my most recent nightmare with this location:
I have been renting from them WEEKLY for months as a corporate client, spending thousands of dollars consistently. Suddenly, out of thin air, they invented a “new policy” requiring a bank statement if you pay with a debit card. This was NEVER communicated in advance, NEVER enforced before, and is NOT clearly stated anywhere in their rental requirements.
They waited until I was standing there ready to rent — as I have done countless times before — to spring this on me. In my honest opinion, this “policy” was only enforced today because the manager, Kristen, wanted to show her trainee how to enforce it. Instead of using proper training methods, she chose to use me — a long-standing, reliable customer — as her guinea pig and example.
That decision makes absolutely no sense. I have always returned their vehicles on time, never caused any damage , and have been a consistent corporate client. Yet rather than preserving that relationship, she chose to make a spectacle of me in front of her trainee.
A reasonable, professional manager would have allowed me to rent as I always have and simply advised me that I would need a bank statement for my next rental. Kristen refused to do that — she would rather “prove a point” than treat a loyal customer fairly.
If this policy truly existed all along, why was it never required in my last 15–20 rentals? The truth is — she made this up on the spot and I was a test dummy.
To make matters worse, their customer service line was completely useless. The representatives were clueless, couldn’t explain the policy, couldn’t clarify anything, and offered zero real help. It was a complete waste of time.
For a company that claims to serve corporate clients, this level of incompetence is shocking. Instead of professionalism and respect, I’ve been hit with collections, surprise “policies,” and terrible customer service.
This location is unreliable, poorly managed, and, in my opinion, operates in a way that is deceptive at best and damaging at worst.
If you value your credit, your time, and your peace of mind — DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. Have a backup plan, because they will fail you.

I am genuinely appalled that I even have to leave a one-star review, because my experience with this company has been beyond unprofessional, misleading, and damaging.
From the very beginning, this company has handled my account in a completely reckless and irresponsible manner. Months ago, I rented a vehicle from them that they provided to me with low tire pressure. I returned that same vehicle in the exact same condition — with low tire pressure — as I received it. No issues were ever raised at the time of return, no documentation was provided to me stating I owed anything, and I continued renting from them the very next week as if nothing was wrong.
Fast forward months later, out of absolutely nowhere, they decided to send an alleged $400+ bill to a COLLECTION AGENCY and put it on my credit report, completely destroying my credit — without ever making a real attempt to contact me. They claimed they had the “wrong email address on file,” yet somehow, that same “wrong email” never stopped them from successfully sending me every other invoice I had paid for months. Funny how that works.

Instead of resolving the issue or acknowledging that this policy had never been enforced before, she chose to double down and treat me like I was the problem. I was effectively used as a test case for her trainee’s training rather than being treated like a paying, loyal corporate customer.
