The staff working inside the car wash have always been friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciate them letting me in each time. However, the management side has been very disappointing. I left messages and spoke with the clerk inside the gas station who supposedly manages the car wash, and she was extremely rude and dismissive — it felt like I was bothering her just by trying to fix the problem. She said the issue was resolved, but when I came back a few days later, I faced the exact same problem again. It’s frustrating and unprofessional that management hasn’t addressed this properly. This is a good car wash overall, but because of this repeated issue and poor customer service, I won’t be renewing my membership. I hope they start taking their customers more seriously.

When I tried to address this with the staff on-site, they seemed clueless, and the manager was unavailable. They asked me to call the phone number listed on the website, but despite trying for the past two hours, I haven’t been able to reach any agent or operator. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this car wash. Following up on this situation — I met with the owner on Monday(09-29) since I hadn’t received any call. When I arrived, I spoke with one of the employees who mentioned that he had already informed the manager. However, when I later spoke to the manager, he said he had just learned about the issue. The manager told me he would contact me by Thursday, but I still haven’t received any response(10-06) I’ve also tried calling the phone number listed, but no one answers. After checking the reviews, I noticed that another customers have faced similar situations.
