  Thank you Jay and Kam for such a smoothe and pleasant experience ! These guys are on the ball and just a good vibe all around . I came to rent a car and had my baby and all my car seats and they gave me a great service. They made sure to get me a car as well help me return the car fairly quickly seeing as I had the baby . They were awesome !

  Jaylan and Cam are very courteous. This location is A+. Cars are clean and always have the car ready. I wouldn't rent anywhere else but the Rick Case Honda location.

  Approached the counter and was greeted by the attendant. Had me sign an agreement, handed me the keys and I was off. SEEMLESS.

  Had difficulty locating their place. There are no big banners to express their location, just a small sign on a display, and more interesting, they have just a booth inside a Honda mall! The agents were nice but it took them so long to go grab the cars from a distant parking lot. So be ready to walk in and find no one on the desk as they would definitely be outside parking or grabbing a car for a customer. I had to wait close to 30 min to get served.

  I want to share my experience with the Enterprise counter located inside the Honda dealer in Weston, Florida. I was assisted on two different occasions, under the same rental agreement, by Ricky and Jaylan, and both provided excellent client service. During my first visit, Ricky helped me without a reservation and maintained professional, respectful, and clear communication at all times. He truly did his best to accommodate my request for a compact SUV, which I greatly appreciated. After three days with my initial rental, I had to extend my rental period because the Honda body shop informed me that my vehicle would take up to two weeks to be ready. This required a vehicle switch, which brought me back to the counter for a second visit. That’s when Jaylan assisted me. He was also an outstanding team member—very professional, courteous, and attentive. He worked with me to accommodate my budget for the longer rental period and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, my experience was positive and pleasant. Sometimes people expect demands to be met without considering availability or circumstances, but this team genuinely tries to help and uses every tool at their disposal to accommodate clients to the best of their abilities. A little flexibility and understanding go a long way. They are there to help—not to be another roadblock in your path. I truly appreciate the service I received from both Ricky and Jaylan.
