  I had an outstanding experience with Nelly Oliva, Assistant Branch Rental Manager. She is extremely professional and provides phenomenal customer service. Even when the office was completely full, Nelly remained calm, friendly, and highly attentive. Her tone was welcoming, and she handled everything efficiently without ever compromising professionalism. She truly went above and beyond. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unfortunately, my experience with the Area Manager, Ramisa Chowdhury, was the complete opposite. If I could give negative five stars, I would. Her customer service was extremely disappointing lacking respect, professionalism, etiquette, and basic courtesy. When I informed her that I would be contacting corporate regarding my concerns, she responded by saying they would forward the call to her and that she would be the one calling us back. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Based on my experience, Nelly demonstrates the leadership qualities and professionalism that truly represent excellent management.

  Though I waited a while from the long line for help with my rental, even when understaffed, Nelly Oliva was very professional and composed. Never seen someone under the pressure of these ridiculous customers so cool and collected. I seen it said “Assistant Branch Rental Manager” as her position. As someone who works in a similar field, That needs to be bumped from “Assistant”. She needs to be “THE” manager.

  I made a reservation 3 days ago, For a ford Mustang Convertible, they call me to say that they don’t have and also none of any luxury vehicles, and then only car they have available on a Monday is a “Mitsubishi Mirage”. Pathetic.

  I had an excellent experience with Nelly and Ramisa at Enterprise. They made the entire vehicle return process quick, simple, and completely stress-free. From the moment I arrived, both of them were professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled everything smoothly, explained what needed to be done, and had me in and out in no time. What really stood out was how easy they made the process. No hassle, no confusion, just great customer service from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that’s both this organized and genuinely kind. Nelly and Ramisa went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I truly appreciated how seamless they made the experience. I highly recommend working with them if you visit this Enterprise location. They’re a fantastic team and made what could have been a stressful errand feel effortless.

  I sold my car 4 years ago. I have been a frequent renter at the Lighthouse Point and Pine Island location ever since. I find that their service and selection is top notch and I always receive personal care and satisfaction with Enterprise Rent A Car. I have always recommended them to my friends and family and many have done business there to complete satisfaction. They lead in price, selection and customer service and I have no reason to ever rent any where else.
