  Horrible experience, renter beware. Rented a large SUV to fit our whole family for a cross country trip to visit relatives for holidays. The vehicle we received from Enterprise was almost out of fuel (had to rush to a gas station in-order to not run out of gas), dirty interior, nearly bald tires, no cruise control and missing exterior panels. Because of our tight travel timeline and because no other similar sized vehicle were available, we elected to take that rental instead of waiting. During our drive from FL to MA we noticed a hairline windshield crack forming from under the passenger wiper blade which as the temps got colder began to spread now made driving the vehicle a safety concern. Upon reaching our destination we reported the issues to Enterprise customer service and to our relief were told that a replacement vehicle would be available at our destination the following day. Upon arriving at that Enterprise location they were completely unaware of our situation and to make things worse told us they only had sedans available. After calling every Enterprise within 100mile radius we were unable to find a replacement SUV. Contacted Enterprise customer service multiple times and never received a call back despite “escalating the call to corporate” We ended up having to keep the vehicle parked until a glass technician was able to replace the windshield cutting into our vacation plans with family. After returning the vehicle back to the original location in Florida I was told that we would be contacted by the regional manager to discuss our situation (we’re going on 6 weeks now and no contact from Enterprise) until……we received a $600 bill for a replacement windshield with a $100 “admin fee” attached. I’ve rented many vehicles from Enterprise and this ordeal was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with any company. Our concerns were essentially ignored leaving us stranded with an unsafe vehicle. If you’re fine with having your trip or vacation derailed and be put in unsafe vehicles then Enterprise is the way to go. In the future I’d pay triple to rent a vehicle from any other company besides Enterprise.

  Friendly and polite staff. The vehicle was super clean and the waiting time was good. They kept me up to date with the preceding while waiting. I would surely use them again. This location is 5145 S University Dr. in Davie Florida 33328-4503. Keep it up guys good job.

  Had me on hold for ever and never answered their phone. Guy that I spoke with told me to stop calling every 5 minutes, but I wouldn’t need to call every 5 minutes and if you guys answered your phones !!

  They never answer there phone didn’t matter what time you call, especially when your dealing with an issue and they know it’s you calling they will purposely ignore your call !!
