All i wanted to do was walk outside to check which of the 2 Duplicolor touch up paints match my car best (for touching up a stone chip) the cashier obviously said he need to ask his manager which is understandable, i also offered to leave my cell phone and wallet (you can see my car thru the storefront window) they refused. Im not expecting them to remember me but i have purchased hundreds of dollars of merchandise from here. So it is very disheartening to see the level of customer service is that of “prison quality”. I wont buy here again to be treated like a lowlife. Btw, the paint selection compared to AutoZone was not even close. Way more options to choose there. AND they were happy to let me check the match outside. Glad i left and i will be returning the Advanced Auto paint back to them as well.

No one knows where anything is parts will say in stock on the computer and because the workers are so bad at their job and the store is so unorganized they always just say “we don’t have it”. I go out of my way to go to other stores to avoid this place.
