She was incredibly helpful and worked hard to get us into a rental car we were in desperate need for. I really hope that Enterprise recognizes how lucky they are have to have an employee who not only cares about the business but also cares about the guest. What an amazing experience, this type of service just does not happen much anymore. So glad to see wonderful people like Melissa B. Exist.
