  One Star – Dishonest Upsell, Damaged My Truck, and Zero Help From Customer Care I brought my Chevy Colorado to Valvoline for a simple oil change. The technician insisted that my coolant needed to be replaced, even though my truck had just over 70,000 miles and the manufacturer recommends coolant service at 100,000 miles. I told him the truck was running perfectly, but he pushed the service and offered a “discount,” so I agreed. About a month later, serious problems started: • The coolant fan would not shut off after turning off the truck • The temperature gauge stopped working • The truck made a loud sound while driving A local mechanic confirmed the coolant temperature sensor was damaged or its wiring was disturbed during the radiator job. The repair cost me $500 — money I should never have had to spend. I contacted Valvoline’s Customer Care Department, but they told me they don’t handle claims or reimbursements. All they did was send me back to the store manager, who denied responsibility. No support, no accountability, and a lot of wasted time. Valvoline pushed an unnecessary service, damaged my vehicle, and then refused to take responsibility. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location.

  Great service! Fast and friendly! I had my boyfriend on the phone telling me what not to do lol🙃 still they retained patient with me. Definitely be back if needed!

  Professional straight forward no nonsense service. Techs do not push any additional recommendations. They let you know conditions and if you want to resolve other issues they’ll handle it.

  I am extremely overwhelmed by the excellent service that I received at this establishment I was concerned about my girlfriend taking a trip and I wanted her to enjoy her trip without worrying about her vehicle I took her to Valvoline. We didn't know what to expect because we have not been here before this was our first time here .... So I Explain the situation to are service attendant his name is Jeremiah that we wanted a full inspection & tire rotation. check all the fluids and to put air in the tires.also that the oil matches with our particular vehicle .Jeremiah is an excellent mechanic!!! He spoke to my girlfriend with courtesy & respect answered all her questions & checked everything very diligently was polite & professional he actually did above & beyond our service needs we left confident and extremely satisfied by the excellent service we received I highly recommend Jeremiah any vehicle issues or vehicle needs please come and ask for Jeremiah I also spoke to the manager how pleased I was would his service representative Jeremiah the manager was very pleasant courteous and professional also the Manager name is KEONTE & are service technician who is fantastic is (JEREMIAH) please ask for ( Jeremiah) when you come to this establishment you will not be disappointed
