  Store luk good and clean but I asked them to make a burger with no cheese and bacon and they said it'd be 20 minutes because they were cooking the last dinner I shouldn't have to wait worker said overnight is full for them prepping food and that they don't do double bacon cheeseburger anymore but I think thy are lying. People lie

  I come to this location all the time i love it but recently a newer employee i think his names luis or lui or something has been very rude rolling his eyes and scoffing or mumbling under his breath everytime I ask for lottery if it's even slightly busy. I spoke to another employee about it I forget her name (Maggie or something like that with an M) she apologized and offered to notify a manager but the manager was taking too long and I was in a rush so Ieft. Yesterday same employee checked on me and offered my coffee for free to make up for it. I'm hoping this gentleman gets an additude adjustment cuz it's uncalled for.

  The restrooms seem to need constant repair. The items on the shelves (especially behind the cashiers) are constantly out/low on stock. The cashiers are very friendly and do their best but management needs to learn predictive stocking.

  La manager tiene pésima atención al cliente y al parecer no sabe leer inglés ya que tengo todos los días una bebida gratis por el programa de rewards y me quería cobrar la bebida y le enseñé el teléfono y me supo decir que no tenía el estatus para la bebida cuando yo la mayoría de días lo hago y no tengo problemas
