- RARuth AmesAug 5, 20251.0Very unfortunate situation just happened to us. We just moved over 2,000 miles and needed to return our truck to this location. When we arrived, we were met with a man from the storage company right next to it telling us that we could not leave our truck there. Apparently this location only has spots for 4 penske trucks and they had 11 there. They yelled at us and told us we needed to find another location and that we would need to call penske ourselves to get it figured out. I understand being stressed about the situation, but this man was very upset with us when it was not our fault at all. The man said penske was going to come and take their trucks, but only took 1. The man was really unhelpful and shoved a card in our face with the penske phone number and told us to leave. He made us figure everything out even though this was the location I was supposed to return it to and he didn't offer to help us at all. We ended up having to return a truck to a location over 20 miles away which turned our 30 minutes trip into more like 2 hours. Penske needs to either stop letting people return trucks here or shut down this location all together.
