    If I could give 0 stars I would. On Friday 3/6/2026 I took my car to get looked at due to ac issues. They called me gave me one price to get it fixed when I showed up it was another price. After my car was finished the following day I went and picked up my car. I noticed there was a scratch on my driver side door, and a 2 foot come peice missing off my car. I called them immediately to report it. They told me they was going to get the footage from that and it would take one business day mean while I had a leak coming from the front of my car went up there to let them know the whole story and the manager Joe didn't want to even take a look at the leak and with out looking at my car he said it's not leaking I got under my car wiped it and proceeded to ask him what's this. He continued to say that this was dye. All of this could have been avoided if they told me from the beginning I would have not went this far but I have yet to hear back from them in regards to the footage of the bay. I have to pay for the damages they caused and have to pay for the services I received. I told Joe the only reason I brought it there is because I dont know how to change an ac on a car. From the beginning I was spoken to like I was a moron. I told him just because im a girl I know how to do thing and I was not going to allow him to speak to me the way he was. Worst decision I made was taking my car there, and my car will not be worked on there again.

    This is a review in hopes that management corrects this for any other customer that needs service. I used the online scheduling tool the night before I brought my car in for new tires. The scheduled time was 10am. I was not late at all. I was on time and everything seemed to go smooth. Unfortunately my car was not ready for pick up until 15min after closing. I was and still am generally confused at how it took 8hrs+ to get my car seen about when I booked in advance. I had planned my day on the impression that having an appointment ment that it would be finished faster than 8hrs and then 15-20min after closing hours. Management should look into how things are scheduled and handled and make the necessary adjustments to avoid further reviews such as mine.

    1 Star: Avoid for anything but tires. Paid a $250 diagnosis fee at Mavis only to be quoted $2,000 for a full system replacement. It felt like a "lazy" diagnosis. We took the car to 4-Corners Auto, who actually found the specific issue and fixed it for $550 total, diagnosis included. Mavis took the easiest, most expensive route at our expense. They are fine for tires and oil, but I’ll never trust them for actual repairs again. That $250 "win" just cost them additional business and a 1-star review.

    I was passing through Orlando when I had a strange emergency—a baby squirrel trapped in an inaccessible area under the hood screaming for its mom for hours—and after being unable to get any of seven 24-hour mobile mechanics to answer the phone or messages the previous night and receiving terrible treatment at the Pep Boys near my hotel that morning—I came to this Mavis. I was pretty stressed out as I needed to get back on the road ASAP and this baby was suffering. I cannot tell you how sympathetic, kind, and helpful these guys were. The manager, Bill, listened to my ridiculous story and had the guys get my car right in a bay. A mechanic named Christian went right to work to get the critter out, explaining what he found, and just being super nice. Another mechanic, the one who moved my car in the bay, was also really friendly but I didn’t catch his name. Anyway, I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but they didn’t even charge me. It was such an act of kindness in what at that point had been 16 hours of awfulness (endless phone calls, rudeness from others, only 2.5 hours of sleep in the middle of a road trip), that I wanted to cry. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to mechanic, no question. Great guys, and I really appreciated their help.

    I was hesitant about posting this review. However, I am a visitor to this area, I drove from fort lauderdale and ran over a nail. Went to Mavis Tires and Brake for my tire to be plugged. Customer service was lacking from the FRONT DESK personnel. No communication regarding a “WALK IN” policy WAIT TIME was communicated to me whatsoever. Gave the guy at the front desk my information twice on a sticky note pad, he uttered that he lost it. I waited and waited with my 1 year old granddaughter in my arms. I went over to the guy at the front desk and asked how long would it be for the tire to be plug, his response was “we are short staff, and there are people here with appointment the “guy” who you spoke to that told you come inside should have told you the wait time, it’s not my fault” This is the same guy from the front desk who took my information 2 times talking to me the customer like this I was shock to see an employee would respond to a customer in such a manner like that, very disrespectful and distasteful, he’s working for a company which means he’s representing that brand. The company brand ! All I asked for was the WAIT TIME TO BE COMMUNICATED TO ME. INDIVIDUAL LIKE MYSELF WHO ARE WALKING IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT this would give ME the option to stay or leave. Very disappointed.
