- RRRemyNov 16, 20251.0They refused to rotate my tires. Because of some silly coporate policy. To try to get people to buy more tires when not needed. . It use to be the standard in automotive industry to put the best tires on the front . Because if the tires in the front go bad or flat while driving you lose control of vehicle. But if the the rear tires go bad you still have control of vehicle on highway to safely pull over. Non of my tires have bubbles or belts showing. I myself have worked in tire shops and and audi dealership I wasn’t asking them to do anything unsafe or unreasonable. But this paticular shop wanted to use my tires that had bad wear on it and an excuse ,To refuse to rotate my tires. Under the false pretense that it wasn’t safe. I also find the workers to be lazy. Maybe that also played a part to why they refused to rotate my tires.. I find the individuals to be incompetent because my tires clearly showed my vehicle needed a wheel alignment. And no one mentioned wheel alignment to me. And that is the primary cause of why tires needed to be rotated inthe first place. My tires where not past the point were it couldn’t be rotated. This seems to be coporate scheme to sell more tires.. They also said i need 4 new tires.. The picture i sent are of my rear tires

So I googled the nearest tire shop and Mavis Tires was the first on the list. So me and my 2021 Toyota Corolla wobbled down the street until we got to Mavis. I was greeted by a young handsome gentlemen, by the name of Derek. I asked for him to just put the spare on! And within just 15 min he did just that. The waiting area was nice and big and had plenty of charging outlets for me and all of my electronics. I recommend this place for all your tire need.

I've dealt with Louis, Will and now JP. The level of service has been consistent for years and throughout these changes. I've always had the car returned to me at the time promised and several times, they've respected urgency and got the car repaired quickly.
