    What an amazing crew they have at this auto zone. Their employee Willard Hernandez went above and beyond to help me out. I was stranded in the street right outside the store with a bad battery. He came out checked the voltage and was able to get my car started so that I could pull over to safety. I happened to buy my battery at this location so it was still under warranty. Willard came out and changed the battery for me and got me back on the road. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring such outstanding employees!!

    Worst Auto Zone I have ever experienced, they guy that help us, (tall Will Hernandez) was extremely rude, I went with my mom because we needed a light bulb for her car, he sold us the wrong one and didn’t got a refund, also spoke to my mom very disrespectful, it was like every question we had he was annoying by it, you can tell he really hates helping people.

    Willard Hernandez has No customer service attention at all. Extremely rude, unprofessional, impolite. I guess Mr. Hernandez needs some customer service retraining to do.In the same way he treats customers, he also treats the Automotive service center customers who make purchases for their businesses poorly. He greets them with bad manners, as if he were the store manager and had the authority to disrespect people and make unnecessary comments to boost his own ego. I believe that to be a better person and to provide good customer service, it does not matter who the customer is there is never a reason to humiliate anyone the way this individual does. A professional man should restrain unnecessary comments and provide respectful, professional service. If he has personal problems, those should be left outside of the workplace. None of my employees who shop at this AutoZone ever disrespect any AutoZone employee. We conduct ourselves with professionalism and respect toward others. This is an example that Mr. Hernandez should reflect on and apply in his role as a cashier at AutoZone. He should focus solely on performing his job duties and not on disrespecting employees from other businesses.
