I purchased $600 of parts online and received the wrong items. Not the fault of the store. I had to return these items, get new ones then bring them to the mechanic just to find out the parts were wrong again. So I went to exchange again and it was like pulling teeth. They did not give me the refund for an issue with the card. Too many transactions back and forth. It did give the option for cash refund and the manager denied even the system offered it. They did not care. They were not helpful. Never again at this location or AutoZone.

Was next in line to pay when manager Oscar closed his register to open the next one and then starts taking people behind us in line while speaking Spanish. Had to wait for all the Hispanic people in line to be helped and pay before we were able. Oscar had zero concern and was extremely rude. No apology was given or thank you said. Just wow.
