Spoke with Pedro because I was having problems with my battery, without hesitation he was kind, willing and ready to go the extra mile to assist me. He checked my battery and found out it was no good. We went back in the store and he was able to give me a good price on my next purchase. He was not able to help me to replace the battery, but he made the necessary arrangements for Oscar to assist me. Everything went smoothly without a hitch and I was able to go home with my new battery. Thanks to Pedro and Oscar.
