Como no llevé mi auto en ese momento, me llevé la batería para instalarla, pero no fue posible. Regresé a la tienda para que me ayudaran con la instalación y un empleado —lamentablemente no tomé su nombre, solo recuerdo que era un joven alto y delgado— me preguntó qué necesitaba. Le expliqué la situación y me respondió que debía esperar porque otro cliente tenía la herramienta necesaria para instalar la batería.
