  Excellent service. The employee not only found the correct part very quickly, but also took the time to explain why it was the right one for my car, which gave me a lot of confidence. She didn’t just stop at the sale either—she came out to the parking lot with me and personally helped install it, making sure everything was set up properly and working as it should. Throughout the entire process, she was very friendly, patient, and professional, answering all of my questions without rushing and with a great attitude. That kind of service is hard to find these days, where many places just want to sell and move on. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about helping customers. I’m very grateful with Stephania Ortiz for the experience and will definitely be coming back to this location because of the outstanding service. I wish more employees were like Stephania .

  I seen 3 employees 2 at the counter, one. Working hard parts with customer on a computer. The other on another computer doing what I don't know. Third one walking around the store, which I greeted with no response. Standing and waiting third person back. One's still being helped with hard parts 2nd waiting. Another customer comes in the third person that was walking in the store. Goes to i'm another register and gets cashed out. Thank you so much.. Meanwhile, I am standing there holding items waving, to check out. Since no one helped, I proceeded to walk by and said you can put those items away. and walked out the door. Do better I won't be back. Not the first time I've waited there.

  Carlos was especially helpful over the phone to help me locate my battery warranty. He had friendly customer service, and I appreciated his efficiency and kindness in getting my issues solved. I appreciated the professionalism and willingness to help me late at night!

  I usually don’t shop here since Frank the commercial manager left. But I had to buy a part today and the guy was sitting on a cart and talking on his personal phone. He is talking on speaker and I have to repeat myself several times because he’s on the phone. The total was 108.49 and I gave him 120.. he gave me $10 in change.. maybe if he wasn’t talking on the phone and paid more attention he would have given the correct amount back. The customer service for the commercial side is atrocious.
