We were completely out of the way cleaning and separating our fish between the 3 of us. There was a creepy older gentleman on a golf cart that kept circling our car in his golf cart. He did not say anything to us at any point. We had two females with us and they felt very uncomfortable with him being around us. This guy waited until we walked away to drive over to the boat. At which time he threaten our captain with calling the cops. Apparently this behavior from this guy has been seen and dealt with before. The boat ramps here are public however they are run them like they are private. They take city money but run people off like they are private. I'm going to reach out to the city to clarification on what role the marina plays and to get an understanding of who and why this individual treated us like he did.
