  Waited 3 hours after pick up time to finally get a car. Denzel was helpful while Julian and Ricardo were not. Half way to Tampa I realized the horn didn’t work. I responded to All of the text messages Enterprise sent me with no response on their side. When I returned the car today (because closed on the first) and I told them D that there was no horn, and it’s actually ILLEGAL to rent a car with no horn. He took one day off bill, I will never use Enterprise again. This was unsafe and not caring business operations. Putting customers first is a joke for Enterprise..

  Reserved and checked in on the enterprise.com website days ahead of time. Upon arrival, nothing available. Waited for over an hour to settle for a different class car to be returned. Whats the point of making reservations?

  Made a reservation. They said the day before they didn’t have cars. Then said they did but when we arrived only 1 person working and it took 45 min to help one person as 12 people were waiting. Very understaffed and unorganized for holiday season

  Rented from the dania beach location for just a day while I was getting someone done on my car. It's a small location yet surprisingly busy. I've always had bad luck with rental car companies, extra fees, car problems or long waits at the counter. I was helped by a gentleman named Julian at pickup and drop off, and everything actually worked out very well! I DID reserve a midsize SUV, which the one available was not what I had in mind. Im very short so i like to sit higher up & this was just as low as a sedan. When Julian learned I wasnt happy and the reason behind my request, he didn't hesitate to offer me my pick of the 2 sedans they had and stated they were a lower rate! I picked one, we walked in and the whole process took about 8 minutes! He told me the out the door price and assured there would be no extra fees. Hmm.... well, the next day when I returned the car, they were busy again. U could barely reach the door. Julian saw me & immediately walked to the door. He asked if I was ready to return, I was, he took the keys, & we walked outside to check the car. THAT WAS IT! I signed, he emailed me the receipt and the price was exactly what he said the day before! I was literally in shock. So for a small office, 2 guys and they seem to be quite busy being so close to the airport. I'm very impressed by their service. I obviously only worked with the one individual, Julian, but they seem to really have it together there. Highly recommend. Won't be using anyone else again. Thank you
