  The manager at this location was amazing! He went above and beyond. The car did need oil change and service and windshield fluid, but the customer service was great. The rental location didn’t have the requested car reserved and the manager did what he could to get a solían vehicle.

  Fantastic rental place. After being ignored and pretty much scammed at other rentals, this enterprise was very friendly, communicative, and honest. We did have to wait past our reservation time, but on Valentines weekend it was expected and they were honest about all wait times. Very nice and clean car also. Thank you to Cedric in particular <3

  I rented vehicles from the Enterprise Dania Beach location under two back-to-back reservations tied to the same GEICO insurance claim, and the experience was extremely frustrating due to billing issues, vehicle condition problems, and lack of accountability at multiple management levels. The second rental correctly reflected the GEICO claim discount, but the first rental did not, even though both rentals were part of the same claim period. I contacted Enterprise customer support, and a representative named Cassie advised the issue would be escalated for correction. When I followed up in person, I was assisted by Julian, who stated he was the manager at the time. After explaining the situation, the matter was closed without any adjustment being made. Later, I spoke directly with the branch manager, Denzel, who told me he would look into it and call me back. That follow-up never happened. I then escalated further by contacting Enterprise support again and requesting assistance from the area manager. I was contacted by Ricardo, who said he would reach out to Denzel and call me back to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, no follow-up occurred. I followed up two additional times and still received no resolution, leaving me with no option other than escalating toward the district manager. Additional issues: • Both vehicles were provided without being properly detailed or cleaned • The second vehicle was delivered with only slightly more than half a tank of fuel, yet I was not fully credited • During the first rental, the key fob battery was so low that the vehicle would not respond, forcing me to use Uber to manage the situation I made repeated good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with the branch and management at multiple levels, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. This is not the level of service I expected, especially for an insurance claim rental

  My experience with this Enterprise location was overshadowed by the extremely unprofessional behavior of Denzil Richards, the Branch Rental Manager. After renting a vehicle for a month and paying over $1,900, I was two days late on a payment for the amount of $300 and received a phone call that was aggressive, hostile, and verbally inappropriate. He raised his voice, used offensive language, and did not allow me to speak. This level of intimidation and lack of emotional control is unacceptable—especially from someone in a management role. I never refused to pay and have always fulfilled my responsibilities as a customer. Thankfully, the situation was later handled professionally by Richard Watkings, with whom I resolved the payment without issue for the remaining balance of $701.41 promptly. This manager’s behavior reflects POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and a serious lack of professionalism. I would not recommend interacting with him. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed seriously and addressed accordingly. Customers deserve professionalism, dignity, and respect at all times.
