I’ve been trying to call them for the last two hours since the cancellation and they haven’t picked up. EXTREMELY disappointed in Enterprise, as this is apparently an issue across the entire South Florida area as no locations from around Hollywood to Miami have any available cars. They should have planned better for this knowing they had so many reservations and not enough cars. If we knew about this in advance, we would have had time to find another potential solution, rather than being stuck with no car upon landing in Fort Lauderdale. The entire first day of our vacation is shot.
