I returned a week later on a Sunday afternoon looking for a specific part size. Walked in to 4 boys standing around at the counter talking to each other, looking bored. I asked for help and one of them walked to an aisle and waved at the selection of parts and said if we have it it’s in here somewhere and walked away. Mmm that wasn’t helpful and he definitely wasn’t too busy to help locate the part given the store was empty and they were all bored and clustered at the front counter. So had it not have been for my good experience with the woman last week, it would be one star for this place.
