- APalma perez2 days ago1.0Went in today to get an oil change for my husband‘s work truck and Rando (Spanish guy at front) was not helpful at all.( Second time we’ve dealt with him) This company needs to retrain their employees on customer service. In the beginning my husband showed him his enterprise maintenance card to process the oil change and he said not sure if we can do it since it needs approval and it’s the weekend. Didn’t even attempt to process it, (not to mention his attitude and body demeanor), so my husband told him it’s fine I have a company card to pay with anyways if anything. So after going back and forth on that and needing San Ann’s area code (next city over) which we don’t live there so we don’t know it, we left the truck and keys with them, which at that point we thought they were going to do the oil change. Long and behold 15min later he calls saying they can’t do it, because he doesn’t know the specifications on the truck, a 2026 Chevy, so you mean to tell me this company’s main job is to do oil changes and tires and you don’t know specific info on how much oil to use or which oil or the filter type it takes like com’on at this point we decided to pick it up and we drove down to Zephyrhills to tire choice and they took care of us immediately. Definitely last visit here they lost us as repeat customers and Mavis please retrain your employee appropriately he doesn’t want to do his job and take care of the customers needs.
