  I went in due to a nail in my tire and Roger provided excellent customer service. He was quick to look at my tire and explain my options. I left thinking it would take a while and got a call within an hour that it was done. My tire was patched and is holding air. Thank you for the great service!

  Roger, the store manager, and Jess were absolutely fantastic. They helped me get four rotors and four brakes at a great price and even went above and beyond by including a free wheel alignment and new wiper blades. I also had a damaged tire, which they replaced at an amazing price, and they repaired another wheel completely free of charge. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—honest, professional, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process stress-free. I truly felt taken care of and never pressured. Overall, this was an absolutely amazing experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service.

  I had a really good experience with Reno and Quan they made my experience for getting my alignment really easy and simple!! They explained everything to me even before fixing on the car and I learned a few things from them about my car and I appreciate that so much!! I recommend this Mavis wholeheartedly to anyone who needs their car looked at!!!🙂💯💯

  I had a nail in my tire and discovered on my way to work, I drove up and asked how long it would take to get me in to fix, I was in a panic because I hate to be late for work. They were so courteous and helpful and took me right in, repaired my tire, checked the others and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Whew! Thank you for great customer service and caring about my stress being late for work, I will need new brakes soon and I will for sure go here. They also have a free air machine if you need on a normal day, great service, great location. Thanks guys!!!!!
