She confidently recommended Meguiar’s Hybrid Ceramic Detailer and explained that, although she hadn’t personally used it, many customers specifically request it by name. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a big difference in my experience. Employees like Natalie are exactly why I continue to shop at Advance Auto Parts. Excellent customer service like this truly stands out and deserves recognition.
- AMAlex MartiniJul 6, 20251.0Today I purchased a gallon of antifreeze. When I got home I opened the bottle, the seal was broken and it was refilled with tap water. I returned to the store less than 10 minutes from the purchase time. I spoke to the same employee that sold me the antifreeze, he told me no worries but he had to have a manager authorize the exchange. The manager proceeds to question the employee about the seal being broken prior to sale or if the bottle was dirty prior to purchase (it was). He basically insinuated that I was attempting to steal the antifreeze. The manager repeatedly said “I don’t know how this could happen, it doesn’t make any sense” yeah me too pal. After some back and forth eventually the exchange was made. It’s nice having an auto parts store in the neighborhood, but I’ll be purchasing from Amazon in the future instead. Cheaper and I don’t get accused of being a criminal.

They were helpful, showed kindness to my service dog and me (even offered water for him), and helped me find what I needed at an economic price without forfeiting quality. The store is clean, organized, and in a convenient location (right next to Pep Boys). I'll be back! Roberto and Sharon made this my new go-to location.
