- JRJames RailMar 7, 20261.0Go elsewhere if possible. We have a rental car in Pennsylvania through insurance. It's there waiting to be picked up by Enterprise. We are now here on Florida and have a trip booked to Texas. I stopped at Enterprise earlier in the week to book the car and all was well. Showed up Saturday morning to pick it up and they denied us the car bc of the rental in Pa waiting to be picked up by them. I asked if I could put the rental on my wife's name and they refused to do so. To sum it up, I stopped by days early to book the car. Trip day came and they refused us the rental due to a rental in Pa that is waiting to be picked by them. There are other rental car companies in the area. Id recommend trying them first. I would hate to see the day of your trip to come and they decide they dont want to rent to you anymore.
