This guy Allen was slinging the F bomb everywhere to his employees in front of the customers, very unprofessional. I will never go there again and I have been going there since 2007. Checked out at 5:18 with a 2pm appointment They should have Mark run the counter since he knows how to treat customers, Allen needs to goooooooo!!!

The work was done promptly and correctly, and everything was handled with a high level of professionalism. No wasted time, no confusion, and no runaround. If you’re looking for a tire and service shop that values honesty, competence, and customer respect, this Tire Kingdom location is it. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others. Ask for Allen—you won’t be disappointed.

Allen soothed my fears and went ABOVE and BEYOND to explain everything that the car needed, to share how it was going to be fixed, and to get it fixed in a timely manner, at a budget that was extremely friendly to a Millennial's wallet in this economy. Would absolutely recommend this store location and its staff to everyone, especially Allen. He'll answer your questions, talk shop in a way that you can understand, and get you safely back on the road, AND treat you kindly while doing so! Excellent experience!
