Tina, my estimator and manager of my account, greeted me, explained the process of repairing my vehicle and then surveyed the extensive damaged causerd by the deer strike. She indicated what parts of the vehicle would be replaced and those that would be repaired. I explained my situation of needing my vehicle to be able to pull a cargo trailer for an up coming trip to deliver items to my customers. She stated that the finish date would be directly affected by the availability of parts and shipping time to the collision center. Tina made sure that I had a ride to the rental car company after the collision estimate was complete. For that moment on, I was kept informed of the progress of the repair. I was elated when I was informed that my vehicle would be repaired and returned days prior to my trip. The personal service I received was above and beyond what I expected. The repairs on the truck were perfect. You would never know the vehicle had ever been damaged and the damage was extensive. The paint match was perfect, and the truck was cleaned prior to pick up. From dealing with the kind and professional receptionist to my case manager, my experience was amazing. Thank you to all involved at Joe Hudsons Collision Center.
