    Always have everything I need and when I order online it typically doesn't take more then 10 minutes to get the message it's ready for pickup. My goto store for auto parts.

    My Daughter text me on her way to school 10/16/2025 trying to explain light that popped up on her dash. I told her what it meant, and I'll show her how to fix it when she got home. Told her to stop by after school (approximately 3:15pm) turn on lights, go inside and tell them your car year, make and model, then "ask" Employee if they could tell her what headlight bulb she needed for her car. She did as instructed. His reply..."You need lowbeam or highbeam?". And when she asked if he could please look at her lights and tell her, he replied "How am I supposed to know what your car needs? There's no way I can tell because it's daylight. Come back when you know, somebody will get your bulbs for you.". Just maybe Advance should hire people that have the aptitude to perform the job in which they're employed. You don't have to be a mechanic by any means as the computer tells them what bulb ID number is needed. Everyone isn't as passive and permit you to talk to them as you're accustomed to. I had every intention to take her back up there and patiently wait for THAT guy to help ME so I can see how much he likes being talked down to, and see if its still funny when someone out matches their energy....but she had to go to work. She decided to go to Autozone as its en route to her job. If your Child (my case, Daughter) has headlight/taillight issues....Just go to Autozone by Coney Island instead. Not only did they get her the bulbs she needed, the Employee LOOKED to confirm which she needed, asked her to watch so she knew how to fix herself, and then installed the bulb for her....and she made it to work on time. Photo of headlights the Advance Auto employee couldn't see because it was daylight, taken at 3:25pm. LMAO
