  This place was awesome. Superior customer service and they even took care of some issues I did not know I had. Williams definitely use them again.

  If I could give this place 10 stars, I definitely would! The team that worked on my car were so professional, kind, personable, and extremely helpful! Dustin was super kind. The superwoman there was also very kind and helpful! I definitely will be back there. Highly recommend them!

  Very friendly and helpful staff and quick service! Dustin was very accommodating and understanding as my car was neglected, to say the least, and I was on a budget. It did not stop him from going above and beyond to make sure my car would be good and not break my bank in the process!

  The staff really took time to review the concerns about my car and answer my questions. I really like how they show you the old items (i.e, cabin and filters) from your car compared to the new item to replace it. The comparison really helped me to understand the need.

  I want to give a huge shout out to Dustin and Mike at Grease Monkey in Crestview! Dustin and Mike were absolutely fantastic this morning! They jumped right in, quickly diagnosed the issue with my car, and didn’t waste any time getting me on the path to a solution. Not only were they efficient and knowledgeable, but they also went the extra mile by calling another shop to make sure I could get the problem fixed right away. That kind of service is rare these days, and I really appreciate their professionalism and urgency. Huge thanks to both of them for making a stressful situation so much easier!
