  Went to get my tire repaired because of a screw and the customer service was exceptional and refreshing. Wanting to give a shout out to Raymond and the lady at the front desk. There were 2 more and I wish I knew the names but everyone I encountered was amazing!

  Excellent experience. They have a customer for life. I have used Express Oil Change for years for oil changes and tire changes. I was trying to save money by going to the neighborhood super center. However it nearly cost me my car. After a 2 hour wait (with an appointment) they said they could not do an oil change on my car - could not remove the oil filter. When I left my car was not responding properly and there was an gas/oil smell. I brought my car to Express Oil Change to have it checked out and get an oil change. The person at the super center forgot to put the cap back on my engine. There was oil all over the engine compartment. When Danni at Express Oil Change checked the oil level was at slightly below the minimum level. She topped of the oil and said the previous mechanics needed to fix their mess. An hour and a half later I brought my car back to Express Oil Change for a proper oil change and to check if all of the oil was cleaned out of the engine compartment. The super center only cleaned the top of the engine cover. They did not even take the cover off and clean underneath. Danni and her team properly cleaned my car and changed the oil with no problems. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to fix my car. I am never going to take my car to any other place. You get what you pay for and the professionalism and customer service at Express Oil Change is priceless.

  Good Morning! I was just in this morning for an oil change. Norman assisted me with all of the services I needed. He is my favorite face to see when I come in and he always goes above and beyond to make my visits comfortable and to make sure that I have everything I need before I leave. Norman is personable and friendly and would be the very reason I recommended this establishment to others.

  Express frequently rips people off. It started when they first would charge me $65 for an oil change and then it jumped to $130 the following year and has been that way since. This week I took my car in because my car was leaking oil and they tried to charge me over $2000 to fix a bunch of things that they said were broken. I ended up taking my car to a mechanic that I know and there was only one issue and it cost me a grand total of $244. My car is perfectly fine now. Bunch of crooks.
