It had no power, I was repeatedly passed by Uhaul trucks pulling cars up hills. This truck was dangerously slow. The Bluetooth microphone didn't work. The return site was closed on a random Tuesday. I gave two stars instead of 1 only because it didn't leave me stranded or catch on fire.

Staff commented multiple times we were not charged enough when when we had a contract from where we picked it up. When we got our receipt and saw and extra day charged the staff would not fix it when we were obviously charged for a day we did not use.

It was out of def and we had to replace the wipers. The worst part was returning the truck in Crestview, FL. Regina at American Self Storage was rude. She has no business working with the public.
