- CHChad HSep 6, 20231.0This location deserves no stars. This is the second time in 18 months that they have provided less than decent service. For this review I’ll focus on today. I went to drop off a truck and trailer only to find the location closed. After calling other locations and Penske corporate we were able to change locations for turnin. This place needs a complete professional overhaul. I have dealt with many other Penske locations across the country and the Crestview is below the bar. Advice to all, use Fort Walton Beach or DeFuniak locations.

It was out of def and we had to replace the wipers. The worst part was returning the truck in Crestview, FL. Regina at American Self Storage was rude. She has no business working with the public.

In the meantime, we found a moving company that would load/unload and set our furniture back up for $1,000 more than our Penske rental. We wouldn't have to carry anything, drive or buy fuel. Today when I canceled my truck reservation, Penske was magically able to drop my price down by $2,000... Way to take advantage of people Penske!
