- FPFour Florida PugsSep 8, 20251.0Paul called me on Friday and told me my car was ready to be picked up. I explained my husband had the rental at work in FWB and I had no way of getting. He went on to say they usually like the cars out of them. I then received a text after that phone call on Friday saying my car was ready. I asked him if I could on Monday and he agreed. I explained to him that I am basically the taker for my sister who just had colon cancer surgery. That she had an apt she had to be at by 8:30 am on Monday and he assured me it was fine. My husband and I decided to take our rental back on Saturday to make sure we had enough time so I could get my sister to her appointment. We go to pick up the car today (Monday) and the lady told me it was ready. She then got Paul who at first said he didn’t tell me it was ready. I don’t appreciate him making it sound like I was lying or wrong. I showed him the text and reminded him how he said on Friday it was done. He then said he had 1,000 things to do on Friday so he forgot to follow up with me. I was actually thinking this was a great company until today! This was a horrible situation. I was crying and he came out and told me it was good news my car was done and they just needed to clean it up- it was already 8:15am and I had to drive the whole way back to the North end of town. So, I’m afraid now they just hurried up and put the bumper on. I had to leave my husband to wait on the car and I took our other car to get my sister/ who ended up late for her appointment. I just didn’t appreciate Paul trying to make it sound like he didn’t tell me the car was ready when he knew he said it was. Also, they could have called me to let me know on Friday or even when they opened today it wasn’t ready after all! I will NEVER use their services again! Be careful if you choose to!

They were more that accommodating because they had to extend that date due to unforseen issues with it being a brand new 2025 Nissan. Still even with the delays the called me or text me everyday and explained what was going on. They are awesome. They lady at the front desk was more than helpful everyday. My adjuster Josh (i thimk is mame was)was very accommodating and put up with me Also the man that was there when we picked up the car explained to My husband was very thorough. He might have been one of the managers. Im really bad with names but this office and deserves all the accolades. They are truly the best. I'll never go anywhere else even though I just found out there is one closer to me house. Thanks everyone you are all the best!! CH

They took the time to help me truly understand what was going to be fixed and the process, as well as consistently kept updates to us. The finished job is absolutely STUNNING! Josh is an artist at his craft and I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle. Lastly, Dawn at the front desk is awesome. Very sweet and professional, and truly all around great people to do business with. Even seeing them out in public, they were pleasant and welcoming.. Only regret is my fiancé wishes Josh would’ve shared some of that pizza. 😉 I could not be happier and we sincerely appreciate you all!
