  Team is nice but having people waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour past their appointment times is unacceptable. I understand people are late turning in vehicles but we make appointments for a reason. Some of us have travel timelines, flights, and meetings to make.Glad I built a buffer into my schedule bc if I didn’t I wouldn’t make my meeting at my destination.

  Enterprise, in Crestview, FL, has the best customer service! Megan is the person to see at that location! She seems to really love what she does! She was very patient and accommodating! She showed me that she was interested in my needs and made sure that she put me in the perfect car for me! Every business needs someone like Megan to work at their establishment, especially in the world we're living in now!

  Had scheduled about a week prior with insurance. Upon arrival at 0800, the scheduled pick-up time, I had waited 61 minutes (yes that’s 1 hour and 1 minute) for the company to clean the vehicle. They claimed to only have 1 other vehicle available at the time being a minivan and the cleaning would take approximately 5-10 minutes if I didn’t want to accept the minivan on the spot. It is very unprofessional and very inconvenient for customers with scheduled pick-up times to have to wait extensive periods for “cleaning” and no other alternatives or solutions for the customer. Despite it being through insurance and not out of pocket it is still unacceptable for customers to have to waste this amount time that they can never get back for a therefore lack of management and acceptance of contracts that the company can clearly not handle. To put the cherry on top, the vehicle was not cleaned and was in a filthy overall state on both the interior and exterior with only a half a take of fuel remaining. Very displeased with having to deal with this company and will very likely never utilize this location in the future.

  I would definitely rent from enterprise again. They have Wonderful staff that helped me at need. They also call and check on you during your rental to make sure everything is going good. Thank you enterprise team for the wonderful service you brought.

  I am updating this review following the business’s response. While you have directed me to "jump through hoops" on your website to provide further information, I find this approach highly unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I believe the responsibility lies with the company to rectify a negative experience, not the customer who was already turned away in a time of need. ​On January 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., I arrived at the Crestview location with a reservation. My personal vehicle was being repaired at the Ford dealership, and I needed an SUV until Friday. I came prepared with my driver’s license and a One Financial Mastercard debit card (issued by Coastal Community Bank). Despite the card clearly displaying my name, the bank name, and the "Debit" logo—and despite me offering bank statements to prove it was not a prepaid card—the employee refused to perform a manual verification. ​Many outdated systems incorrectly flag certain modern banking cards as "prepaid" based solely on the BIN number. A simple manual check of my legal financial documents would have confirmed the card’s status, but the employee was unhelpful and uncaring, refusing to do the due diligence required to assist a customer in a desperate situation. ​Being told to navigate a website for a resolution after being treated this way is dismissive. Enterprise failed to provide basic service when I was fully prepared to pay the deposit and rental fees. I hope this location reconsider its refusal to verify legitimate payment methods manually so other customers aren't left stranded.
