It's not there and I was told it definitely never would have been there so early and now it's supposed to be there around 3:30. I call them at 4:00. It's still not there and never even made it on any truck! I was supposed to leave for a trip and now I'm 2 days behind due to this company's screwups. I asked for a discount or part free if I go to Pensacola to get the part instead of waiting on them. No. Can't do that.....well you just lost a customer!
