But as usual I was told they didn't have item in stock because it was special he said. The cashier had to bother the manager I assume was Skye who was busy playing on her phone confirmed to me none in stock that I should check with auto zone. So I looked on the shelf behind me when I was told none of those fit sir. I picked up a double pack with my part number and returned to the counter to pay. I asked them do they have these in a single pack. The sales associate had to bother Skye again playing on her phone and asked Skye if they had single packs. Skye said no that's all we have right now. So I went back to the shelf and picked up a single pack with my part number and went back to checkout. The sales associate had to bother manager Skye again to clear the other item out of the register. So before paying I asked if they had a cheaper brand in a single pack. The sales associate had to bother Skye. Again who was playing on her phone. Skye is getting irritated at this point and said No ! That's the only single pack we have. I then walked back to the shelf and picked up a single pack with a cheaper brand. I then returned to the sales associate to checkout. I asked could I still get my military discount as usual. The sales associate said he needed to see some I.D. so I showed him my identification. The sales associate had to bother manager Skye again to type in a code for my discount. This is a true story 100% and this is pathetic excuse for customer service. I won't come back
