  I went to this place because of convenience but I think in the future I may slightly inconvenience myself and go somewhere else like the costco across the street instead. Firstly, when they give you the total they will tell you the price with added services (in this case an alignment) without first discussing it with you or even mentioning it; you'll need to pay attention so you don't pay for something you don't want. It doesn't feel good going to a place where you feel like you need to be on guard. Secondly, you may lose center caps and valve stem covers. However, the manager was kind, and offered to order a new set after they confirm they do not have them when the assistant manager comes in, but at this point I had already taken too much time away from work and I preferred to order them myself to not deal with the back and forth, or having to argue after the inevitable conclusion that they are sure my car didn't have them. If you NEED to go here, pay attention to what you're paying for, take pictures of everything before you leave your car, and be prepared for a 2 star experience. At the end of the day these are (probably underpaid) people just collecting a paycheck, so don't expect them to care about your car.

  Manager is v professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We always appreciate the time and support he gives us to fix our cars. We have been here for years bc the staff is great.
