Instead of getting my car by 9 am, as suggested by the call center, I got it at 1:45pm. If the shop can’t honor appointments, the call center shouldn’t be booking them. Really disappointing experience.

They provided me options based on “budget and quality” so I was able to choose the right new tires for my needs. They completed the job very fast, I was surprised they were able to finish same day given I dropped my truck off much later in the afternoon on a Saturday. Highly recommend this business! A+

When I arrived, he started laughing and said there’s “no way someone would schedule an oil change for 4 o’clock on a Sunday.” He acted like it was ridiculous for me to even show up, even though that’s the appointment time I was given. Instead of trying to help or check the schedule, he just told me to make another appointment and dismissed me. If the shop can’t honor appointments that close to closing time, they shouldn’t be booking them and certainly not treating customers like it’s their fault for showing up. Really disappointing experience Not sure what type of management is this.
