Had to go back and they said it was the starter that was the problem, then the car worked for 24 hours and then overheated with white smoke all over. I wish they would do better diagnostics and I am feeling they may have accidentally caused the issues making it overheat.

Recently seems management has changed. I will not reveal any names but came in with a mechanic issue and to be very honest I was not expecting the way I was handled by the new guys there at the front desk. I don’t feel they were transparent at all and basically I was frankly and purely given a quote for few things to be worked in my BMW that were at least 40% percent higher than the work another shop that specializes in BMWs will work and fix my car tomorrow. I was given a quote the guy on the phone kept going back and forth. Too bad the previous transparent guys are not there. I have been a client for them decades with all my cars and my family’s cars. Not anymore! I am a business owner myself. It takes years to build trust and it can take a second to loose it. From now on I will be taking my cars somewhere else. Frankly, I don’t like the way I was treated by the manager at the shop and will be looking for a new place to take my cars from now on.
