She was extremely professional and helped get me into a rental that I felt comfortable driving. I would also like to mention Scott, who checked me into my rental and was just as kind. He noticed that one of the tires needed air and took care of it right away. He explained that the low air pressure was due to the cold front, which was completely understandable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return if I ever need a rental again.

It’s frustrating to reserve a vehicle AND check in but somehow the car is not available at arrival. I’ve had times where I needed to drive to another enterprise location and hope they had a car for me. My last rental smelled like smoke and I had to deal with it because there were “literally no cars available”.

He was so friendly - and I as I watched him help others he truly treated each person that walked in that door like they were just as important as the next. We were in and out quickly - another thing that delightfully surprised me. I was in customer service for almost 10 years - I know quality care when I get it. 100% I’d give this branch my business again. Thanks guys!
