  Had to use this rental company after a car accident while vehicle getting repaired. Never an animal in the vehicle yet they claimed “excessive pet hair” and have to pay to get “detailed”….scam.

  We had a really tough travel day and ended up without a car rental (my own mistake I didn’t choose enterprise first) the next morning I headed to Enterprise on Wiles rd in Coral springs and Kendra Bunch came to my rescue!! She was so helpful , kind and efficient. There was some confusion with drop off location on my reservation and she quickly resolved it and made it right ! I will always choose Enterprise now ! Thank you Kendra !

  My car insurance sent me a reservation number to pick up a car at the location on Wiles road, Coral Springs. I went over there, they told me this is the car that the insurance reserved and I picked up the keys. The only thing they told me about payment was that I needed a credit card for a deposit hold. After 30 days when I return the car, they told me that I was responsible for $10/day for each day I had the vehicle, something that was never disclosed to me by them when I picked up the car. This was my 3rd time using Enterprise for a rental especially that location, and this was my last time as well. I will never let any insurance direct me to Enterprise for any rental.

  Absolute joke. Kelvin is the worst. He can’t answer the phone. He can’t multitask. He can’t offer any customer service. He can’t tell the difference between a person who is loud and one being loud. My rental was paid for by my dealership. The first car they gave me, yes first car, after driving it a few days I realized the seat was shifting when I turn. Missing a screw or bolt. Either way not safe. I tried calling before showing up. Well as I said earlier they don’t answer the phone. I walked in why still on hold finally while in the lobby someone answers and asked me to hold a minute. Kelvin didn’t believe me so I he took the car for a spin, came back and said I didn’t feel it but I’ll change it out for you. If you don’t feel it why did you waste another 10 minutes of my time only to give me a different car. Next up, car number two which I got on Saturday and Sunday they’re closed. No windshield washer fluid. The windshield wipers go past the window which makes clicking noise every time it returns to the man point. Monday morning I begs my dealer to finish my car as fast as possible. He calls me at 5:10 saying it was ready. Enterprise closes at 6. Enterprise is supposed to take me to my dealership 1.2 miles away. I called to see if they would. I was told by Kelvin at 5:15 is the last trip. I said I’m a block away and only need to get gas in the parking lot of your location. He said call your dealership and have them send a Lyft for you. Once again I mentioned he can’t offer customer service. This is the worst retail location for any business. Do not rent from here. Do not let anyone pay for you to get your car from here. Kelvin needs a new job or training in how to be a manager.

  Place is an absolute joke. My insurance company made an appointment for me at this location on a Thursday for a Saturday afternoon appointment. Enterprise contacted me Thursday to confirm the Saturday appt. I plan my whole day Saturday around the appt and drive 30 minutes to pick up a car. I get there, and they say the car they sent over for me was “damaged” (I assume they just rented it out to someone else), and did not have any other vehicles. Worse yet, nobody bothered to contact me to tell me that before I spent 30 minutes on a Saturday driving there. And no alternative arrangements were made. Horrible customer service. Stay away.
