- KCKate CasavantDec 6, 20255.0I had an engine light on. Pep boys said it was $117 to diagnose it and it would take 2 hours. I looked on their website and it states to get the code is free. The guy at the counter said getting the code and diagnosis is different. I said once I get the code I can’t I figure it out on my own? He got mad and send me next door to Autozone. Thank god I did. I did not get the guys name but he immediately went to my car, downloaded the codes, printed them out and explained everything to me. Thank you Pepboys for allowing me to find and always be a customer of Autozone!

Despite only 2 customers being in the store and myself you walked away as I needed assistance from you, listening to music instead of assisting me, leaving me at the counter for me to retrieve my manual in my car to find the specific part that I needed instead of looking it up in the computer. The level of unprofessionalism from you was totally unacceptabl. And i'm quite sure I may not be the only customer that has express this feeling and this is a concern that needs to be addressed. I ended up coming back to the store in the afternoon to Report it to the manager instead.I met with 2 employees Dumani And Lvette ❤️, who were very helpful and assisted me at the counter.Looking up certain parts that I needed for my car.I was very satisfied with the two employees. Please acknowledge their professionalism.It was definitely top notch. Thank you Dumani and Lvette

I came to get a new battery I went to other stores looking for a battery and no other store helped me like this location. I went to advanced auto parts and nobody even tried to help me so I left frustrated. I came here and Mike greeted me and helped me quickly. He also installed the battery for me and then he tested it and made sure it was good he was very responsible and professional. Thank you Mike and staff I didn’t get the other Ladies name but they were all very helpful and nice. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone.
