ALARM! ATTENTION! AVOID THIS PLACE!

Without the doubt, this was my worst experience at the tyre shop in my entire life.
In March I purchased 4 brand new Michelin tires and mistakenly decided to bring them to be installed at this tire shop.
On March 20, the mechanic lifted up the car and started doing the alignment BEFORE mounting the wheels. I noticed it and told manager. He said in return that there is not difference when it's done: before or after wheels installation. In total, it took mechanic only 40 minutes to replace tires and the alignment.
So once they finished, I went to drive to the car for 5 miles and it was pulling to the right. So eventually, in the evening, an hour before closing, I came back and they said to return the next day because one hour is not enough for them to do just an alignment!!! (Earlier in the morning it took them 40 minutes to replace the tires and do alignment!!!!!!!!)
So the next day they did alignment but never put it on the record!
Today, 7 months later, I've noticed that my rear tire deflates and I stopped by the random tire shop. The guy looked at my tire and said that it is worn out due to the improper alignment.
So I went to the Goodyear and the manager told me it has nothing to do with alignment!!!!!!! Really???? (look the image attached)
Every mechanic will say immediately that it was caused by the improper alignment.
I've driven a car 8000 miles in the 7 month which is a regular mileage. The lady said I should have already done the tire rotation and it was solely my mistake. Really??? When did I have to do the rotation? After 3 months? She also said that I had to come and redo alignment during the first 6 months. Why is that? Because you cannot do it right in the first place???
Now question to whoever is reading this: who often do you spend time/money on rotation and realignment of your tires?
This is absolutely insane that they can't properly do their job just once so then you wouldn't have redo the same things every three months.
They use the old equipment that doesn't allow them calibrate/align the wheels. But most importantly, if you understand that alignment CANNOT be done before the tire placement, AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS!

I have taken all my cars to this shop for 20 years. And they used to do a great job. And I have a business in Orlando and take all 14 vehicles of my fleet to the local goodyear.
Today, I went to this Bird Rd location for alignment, rotation, balance and oil change. They offered while at it to change the engine and cabin filters. I stupidly agree.
The mechanic that got assigned my car broke the fan motor that is below the cabin filter because his hands did not fit in the small hole and he also left pieces of the old filter and ran the fan like that which damaged the fan motor. When I turned on the car, the noise was ridiculous inside the cabin.
So I did not leave and ask the lady manager Vivian to come see the damage they caused to my new car. She instead sent me the same mechanic that broke the fan to come fix it, he came, he admitted at first that he did not see the trash in the fan motor assembly and then he proceeded to act aggressively and left making aggressive attitudes and got into a gray Honda accord and left peeling off tires out of the lot. I then asked the lady manager to come see again. She made me wait 20 min. And then came over, sat in my car, and started looking youtube videos about how the fan motor assembly works.. she then finally told me a few minutes later to come tomorrow because Jose the Manager and Petros the other manager had left for the day and she had no idea how the fan works.
WOW!
I just told her that they should not offer to do a job they have no idea how to do correctly because it was not needed to ruin my new vehicle and left.
I am very disappointed to say the least.
Do not waste your time here. Best to go to a better shop somewhere else
