I paid almost $1,400 in repairs (more than half of which was in labor) just to get my oil overfilled to levels that could harm my engine and also got my hood dented/scratched.

- FPFra PraDec 27, 20251.0I always have problem at this location I went for an oil change with tire rotations and they always find the best excuse not to rotate the tires when you get the oil+tire rotation package They don’t understand that some people want the tire rotation done even if it goes against their advice. Also when i left the place the level of new oil was low and i had to stop and buy an oil qrt at a store. Not coming back for some time for sure

Like fuel system wash. His car had no issues with the fuel system. It was idling fine. I have no idea if they even did a procedure with a special machine. Coolant wash without showing him his coolant. Recommended does not mean that you actually need the service. I will be contacting Ohio office on Monday. This is a rip off!!!!! I
