  I had an excellent experience working with Kevin at the dealership! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. I never felt pressured, and he made sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision every step of the way.   Unfortunately I never write a bad review but must because of this situation. I bought a 2022 Toyota Camry SE from this Dealership literally a month ago and mentioned to my sales guy there was idle issue that needs to be checked was told the technician did a 140 point inspection but they replaced the battery your car is in great condition said vehicle is fine then noticed same idle issue after I bought the car and the car stalled out once a few days later in a parking lot and then also noticed push button start intermittent hesitation to start the car brought the car back to this Dealership was told “loose battery cable” car is fine which I knew was false information there was no deep dive inspection then took my car to tire shop noticed a vibration on the highway and have 2 bent wheels so I just took my new used car that I bought from this Dealership a month ago to another Toyota Dealership and come to find out I have ENGINE MISFIRE bad high pressure fuel injectors!!!!!!! Expensive job to fix and was sold this car with no issues brought the car back a week later and was told again no issues loose battery cable!!!!!! Might have to get Toyota Corporate involved at this point beware of buying a Used Toyota Camry at this place.

  I had a truly stress-free car buying experience at Toyota Coconut Creek. Johnny was outstanding—he communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Yenny delivered my car right to my home, which was such a great touch. She took the time to walk me through all the features, showed me how everything works, and even helped me connect my phone. Overall, it was an excellent experience with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable car buying process!

  Im not one to give 5 stars to a dealership because i HATE annoying, pushy, and the fake "overly excited" sales people, but Kevin who works here was amazing and not pushy at all when we were looking at a specific car. He went above and beyond to get my wife and I the best deal possible for our 4Runner. One thing I dislike about this dealership is they add a 3K charge to EVERY vehicle that includes a bunch of extra stuff that we didnt need and they *say* they cant remove the charge legally but i doubt that. Kevin went out of his way to lower that upcharge down to basically free which was amazing. The person we went to after for the paperwork (last name Vacarella, dont remember first name) was also nice at the beginning but when it came to the coverage options the dealership offered, he did use scare tactics pretty heavily multiple times which was expected but annoying. He honestly felt like a timeshare salesman. Eventually after we declined 3 times, the manager came in (also used scare tactics and pushy) and gave us a last final offer with a coupon code, and switched institutions for our loan to get us a better interest rate and monthly payment which we accepted as the price was more reasonable for our budget. Overall not the worst experience at a dealership ever, but the 5 stars is for Kevin.
