Yayyy 🎉. I got the car I wanted, not the car that I settled for- without any hassle or intimidation! Let me tell you about Maya Aizhulova and Mr. Lawrence — they are truly “The Dream Team” at Toyota of Coconut Creek. They were incredibly patient with me, brutally honest throughout the process, and very aggressive when it came to securing a great rate. I never felt pressured — just supported and informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for a smooth, transparent, and professional car-buying experience, I highly recommend working with them!
The dealership once known as Al Hendrickson Toyota is no longer the same business operating in this space. Toyota of Coconut Creek hasn’t only changed its name — it has completely transformed its culture, professionalism, and business ethics for the better. The difference is undeniable. I’m proud to say I experienced this transformation firsthand, and it exceeded my expectations.
PS: ANNETHY MATOS is the 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 finance person you should be working with. 😉

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Toyota of Coconut Creek!
I recently purchased my brand-new 2026 4Runner from Toyota of Coconut Creek, and once again, the experience was absolutely amazing.
Dexter and Zeke are truly top-notch. They made the entire process smooth, fast, and stress-free. No pressure, no games — just honest communication and great service from start to finish. They respect your time and make everything feel easy.
This is why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer experience and delivers every time, ask for Dexter and Zeke. You won’t regret it.
Highly recommend! 👏🚙🔥
I usually don’t write bad reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received on February 20. I went in for an oil change. I know the service usually takes about two maybe three hours at most and the last time I got the oil change I was able to go home and come back. Yesterday (2/20), I kindly requested to be taken home when I dropped my car off and I was ignored and was told that my car would not take too long and that it should be done in 30 to 45 minutes. Chelsea was my agent, although it is not her fault, I feel like she could’ve communicated with me better because she kept telling me that my car was almost done every single hour. I ended up staying there for 4 hours!!!!, even though I asked three times to go home and was told that it was not a busy day, so my car should not take too long. Do not ever go to this establishment for an oil change because you’ll be working the entire shift with everyone else. And a sidenote, when I got my car back, they didn’t even take a look on the ONE THING that I told them to take a look at, which is my tire pressure issue. They took four hours to do absolutely nothing in my car and give me a bunch of diagnosis which cost a lot of money and not actually look at what I asked them to.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been disappointing.
Shortly after buying my Toyota GR Supra, I began noticing vibration and instability when braking. At first, I assumed it was normal performance-car behavior since the car was new to me. However, after returning from a short trip, the issue worsened significantly. When I brought the vehicle in, I was informed that the rotors were warped and unsafe, and that repairs would cost $1,600.
What concerns me most is that this issue developed within roughly a month of purchase. I was told I was slightly outside of a 30-day reporting window — by about two weeks — and therefore no assistance could be offered. Considering this is a $50,000 vehicle and a safety-related brake issue, I expected more support, especially as a repeat Toyota customer (this is my fifth Toyota).
The manager did initially reach out to me and we had a brief conversation, but we never reached a resolution. After that, I made additional attempts to follow up and asked for a return call, but I never heard back. That lack of communication has been the most frustrating part of this process.
I believe customers should feel confident that a vehicle is safe and properly inspected at the time of sale. I’m still hopeful the dealership will reconsider and stand behind the vehicles they sell.

Jocabed wrote that last review for herself on my phone. She was pleasant enough but she definitely did not disclose some very important info, such as a missing manual and the missing driver 1 key fob. These things alone are over 500.00 dollars to replace from the dealer! I did call and spoke to higher ups but after they sell you the car, you are on your own. No one seems to care if you are happy after that. They didn’t even offer these things at their cost which would have been the professional thing to do. Since I left one of the shade clips has broken. Luckily I was able to google and order that from Amazon for 10.00. Hoping that works. Honestly it was disappointing. They were like most other dealerships. Not rushing back unless I have to. They have the mentality that it’s a used car … for 36,000 you feel like you’re spending everything you have but to them you should expect subpar because it’s used . I never had a used car not come with 2 keys and a manual. I definitely would have walked away because they weren’t bargaining anymore. I’m still within 30 days so we will see also, as I am going through the car, the last 10 days I’ve noticed that there is milk spilled all over the back carpet and down some of the seats in the back they were supposed to detail it before I bought it lol they took it and made us wait forever, but they sure as hell didn’t detail anything
