During a routine tire patch service, my girlfriend encountered an unfortunate situation. The mechanic inadvertently broke the tire stud while removing the wheel. Subsequently, they informed her that they lacked the necessary expertise to repair the damage and attempted to charge her for the repair, implying that she was responsible for the incident. It is imperative to seek alternative automotive services where such deceptive and manipulative practices are not prevalent. These practices contribute to the perception of women as vulnerable when visiting mechanic shops alone. Update: the tire that they apparently patched is still leaking.

Store manager so helpful. Renaldo. B assured me in checking a flap under my car missing a clamp and he delivered. So happy I chose to stop here first. I also did my breaks and maintenance and my car is still doing great. Five stars.

This location is very convenient and usually honor promotions. I was texted a promo for 49.99 oil change and it said synthetic oil. I was told that oil is not the type for my car but I know it is. Maybe being a woman was the cause. So annoying. He was very pleasant though. Don’t send a promo and not honor it is my only issue.

avoid this place at all cost. Went in 15 mins before “closing” to patch a nail in my tire and first of all they started complaining about working the job they work… the old head said “we dont do those cus its too close to the edge of the tire” which it wasnt it was right in the middle. And he said i have to replace the whole tire. Once i told him i have a new tire already he tried to keep my old BRAND NEW rear tire with the nail in it. If u hate ur job dont work. Now i saved about $300 from these heathens trying to steal from there customers. This place should have 2.5 stars max. Never had a good experience here

I rarely write reviews, but when a tire shop saves your sanity, your marriage, and possibly your relationship with your mother-in-law—all in under 15 minutes—it deserves a standing ovation. While traveling out of town on a Sunday with my wife, infant child, and mother-in-law (yes, the full emotional trifecta), I noticed a cover hanging loose under my Honda Accord, practically dragging on the road. With a long drive ahead and an important appointment to catch, panic was setting in. My wife was visibly annoyed, my baby was crying like it was auditioning for a horror movie, and my mother-in-law was silently judging the entire situation, like a mafia-boss. We pulled into Tire Choice without an appointment (I already went to another shop before them and they couldn't help), clinging to hope. To our relief, the team immediately assessed the issue and gave me a timeline of about an hour. The manager, sensing the storm brewing in my car, kindly ushered us into the waiting room and—bless this man—whispered that there was a Duffy’s nearby if I needed a quick drink. That man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize (I regret that I didn't catch his name due to the hurry) - @Norway take a note. But here’s the kicker: they fixed the issue in 10–15 minutes. The manager explained they used two pins to secure the cover (not a standard Honda part), and to be extra safe, added two zip ties. It wasn’t just a fix—it was a thoughtful, practical solution. Now, I braced myself for a hefty bill. I was ready to pay whatever it took to get back on the road and restore peace in the car. But to my astonishment, they didn’t charge me a dime. I insisted—multiple times—but the manager just smiled and waved it off. He even checked the tire pressure and adjusted it. By the time we left, my baby was asleep, my wife’s eyebrows had relaxed, and my mother-in-law remained silent—but this time, it felt like approval. One suggestion for improvement: the waiting room could use better ventilation. The AC wasn’t working, and let me tell you, being stuck in a warm room with a crying baby, a frustrated spouse, and a silent mother-in-law is not ideal. A little airflow could go a long way in preventing emotional sauna. The other lady waiting in there didn't seem to care though. While sitting in there, my wife went through the tire guides and service booklets available there and found some good deal (4 Good year tires + installation = 800$). May be I'll try next time than going to my Honda dealer.
