  I scheduled an 7:30AM appointment for an oil change. I arrived on time, they didn't open their doors until 7:35. There were two people waiting before me, I didn't leave until 9:30. 2 hrs for an oil change is ridiculous. First and last time coming here. Save yourself some time & take your money elsewhere.

  Very disappointing and misleading experience. I called Tire Choice in advance to ask about an oil change. On the phone, the employee told me the regular oil was $50 and lasted 5,000 miles, and that the synthetic oil was on promotion for $76 and would last 10,000 miles. When I arrived at the store, none of that was true. There was no promotion at all. The synthetic oil actually cost $96, and they tried to justify it by saying I would receive a $20 “cashback” to use later. That is not a discount — it is misleading information. The service was extremely slow. I waited almost two hours for a simple oil change. The employee who assisted me was not helpful at all, struggled to communicate clearly, and could not answer basic questions about the service. To make things worse, my car has 21,000 miles, and after the oil change, both the sticker on the windshield and the invoice show the same mileage (21,000). There is no indication of when I should change the oil again, which makes me seriously question whether the oil was properly changed at all. I called the store to speak with the manager, Andrés Pérez, and he was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. He simply said they are “not required” to indicate the next oil change mileage, which is unacceptable for a basic service. I am extremely dissatisfied and regret spending almost $100 at this location. Poor communication, misleading pricing, lack of transparency, and terrible customer service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

  I came in today and was in and out in less than an hour. Ronaldo was courteous and professional. Highly recommend this location.
