They told me I would be able to get a rental when I brought my car in but instead they used a shuttle that takes SEVERAL people to their destinations. I wasted a lot of time. The shuttle back was delayed and caused me to be late for work when I clearly conveyed my restrictions/timeline. Additionally, they sent me a video of my car but I couldn't understand what the guy said because he was speed talking. They left a stain on my floor mat and grease marks on my door inside driverside. Overall, unprofessional and not a good experience.
