- NPNino Pereira1 day ago1.0Be cautious of anything you do at this autozone. I can tell you right now that I have a battery. That is the label or sticker on it. That shows 04/23 and it has a 36 month warranty, and auto zone Won't honor it because I'm not the original owner of the battery and I don't have the receipt. This truck was purchased from a dealership, A year ago and the battery still has a warranty. They refuse to honor their own warranty! They just lost the customer over some. The manager claims she cant tell when the battery was purchased. I used logic, if the label says it was made in 04/23, then it couldn't have sold before that... therefore it is under warranty. She said doesn't know that! I will take my business elsewhere and you should too! If she would've looked up my account, she would have seen that i shop there frequently... not anymore!
